We are working hard to continually improve the services we provide and the ways we interact with the diverse community of South West Victoria.
To support this work, we are currently working towards the following:
- development of a updated Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
- ensuring we provide a culturally safe environment for service users who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and are supporting Aboriginal self-determination in the work that we do
- compliance with the Rainbow Tick Standards for LGBITQA+ inclusive practice
- ensuring that our workforce is skilled to be sensitive to the needs of the culturally and linguistically diverse member of the South West community
